2026

September§

Yesplan 32.31§

  • 🔄 Changed: Status and profile colors have been reworked so the new event calendar design more closely matches the old one. In the redesigned calendar, light text on dark backgrounds for statuses is now shown as such, matching the old calendar.
  • 🔄 Changed: The status text color is now applied to all text in the event cell in both the old and new event calendar design.
  • 🔄 Changed: In the new event calendar design, date decorations no longer use a dashed border. Only the colored badge is shown, based on the text color setting.
  • ✨ Improved: Renaming an event or event group from the calendar can now be undone.
  • ✨ Improved: Update-rule email subjects for events and event groups now put the date before the locations, so the date isn’t cut off in some email clients when there are many locations.
  • 🔧 This release includes stability and security improvements.

August§

Yesplan App 2026.08.19§

  • 🔄 Changed: Restored colored status and profile badges in the Yesplan App for easier visual distinction.
  • 🔧 This release includes stability and security improvements.

Yesplan App 2026.08.07§

  • 🔄 Changed: Status and profile badges in the Yesplan App are now shown without color.
  • 🔧 This release includes stability improvements.

Yesplan 32.30§

  • 🐞 Fixed: Splitting a shift or break repeat series with an “until” date by changing the repeat pattern mid-series (for example from daily to weekly) produced an invalid “until” date on the first part that caused a crash when trying to edit the repeat.

May§

Yesplan 32.29§

  • 🐞 Fixed: Detaching a task from an event could leave the deleted task group visible in the task list.

Yesplan App 2026.05.21§

  • ❇️ New: The Yesplan App now shows booking times for booked team members and resources.

Yesplan 32.28§

  • 🐞 Fixed (32.27 regression): Creating events and event groups in the Tree View editor failed because the previous release shipped with incomplete application files.

Yesplan 32.27§

  • 🐞 Fixed: In an event group containing both disclosed and undisclosed events, visibility behavior was not always enforced as expected in specific scenarios.
  • 🐞 Fixed: Corrected the Teamplanner “Overtime Until This Week” calculation to account for overtime counter resets.

April§

Yesplan 32.26§

  • 🐞 Fixed (32.25 regression): For older accounts, the system now handles missing email verification data correctly.

Yesplan 32.25§

  • ✨ Improved: Swapping a booked resource in the event inspector now suggests only the booked role and matching resources, so placeholder swap-back stays clear and you don’t see unrelated roles in the list.
  • ✨ Improved: Roster emails now go only to users with an email who have signed in at least once or verified their email.
  • ✨ Improved: Teamplanner counters for total time including overtime (day, week, 52 weeks) are now available in reporting.
  • 🐞 Fixed: Exporting a large amount of items (particularly events) from the general finder failed.
  • 🐞 Fixed: The name of an undisclosed event was visible in the title attribute in the event tree (in both the detail popover in the event calendar and the event inspector).
  • 🐞 Fixed: We fixed a rare issue in Teamplanner where sorting out two bookings on the same resource could fail or crash even when nothing actually needed to change.
  • 🔧 We moved the helpdesk from Zendesk to Hubspot.
  • 🔧 This release includes stability improvements.

March§

Yesplan 32.24§

  • 🐞 Fixed: Yesplan would sometimes crash when creating update rules for tasks with a condition on “Assigned to” or “Assigned by”.

January§

Yesplan 32.23§

  • 🐞 Fixed (32.22 regression): Closing a resource inspector when opened from the resource finder or using context menu actions such as “Paste” in the resource finder would lead to an internal error.

Yesplan 32.22§

  • ✨ Improved: Event cards of grouped events now abut each other seamlessly, matching the old calendar design.
  • ✨ Improved: Buttons for integration setup and remote server verification now have clearer labels.
  • 🐞 Fixed: The “Sign In to App” option was incorrectly shown when signing in to view attachments.
  • 🐞 Fixed: Changing the type of an integration confusingly removed most settings without warning. The type can’t be changed anymore. Instead, the deletion workflow has been simplified: integrations can now be deleted directly using a dedicated button with a confirmation dialog.
  • 🐞 Fixed: Yesplan would crash when scheduling a roster publication for a date that already had an automatic publication scheduled. Publishing a roster for a date that is already published is now prevented.
  • 🔧 This release includes stability improvements.
