List of Keywords

You can use some keywords for multiple scopes, namely the keywords id, name, owner, ownergroup and history.

The tables below give a summary of all possible keywords per scope, with a description of what you request exactly.

Attention

The date format selected for Yesplan in the system preferences doesn’t have any impact on the date format in the query language. If you enter a date that has been written out in words in a query, it must always have the following format: dd-mm-yyyy (i.e. ‘28-03-2013’ for 28 March 2013).

Keywords with Default Scopes§

In the general finder, you can use some keywords without mentioning a scope in the query. In that case, Yesplan will apply the query to the default scopes for that keyword. For example, the query label:rental will search for the label ‘rental’ with the scopes resource, contact and event. The list of results will display the resources, contacts and events with the label ‘rental’. This is the list of keywords with default scopes:

unpublished resourcebooking Has the value true if the booking hasn’t been published (i.e. when the start of the booking takes place after the date “rosters published until”), has the value false if this is not the case. This is only valid for bookings of resources of type “Human” if roster publication has been activated in “System Settings” > “Teamplanner” > “Roster Publication”.
usedrole resourcebooking The role used for the booking. This is only applicable to resource bookings of type “Human”.
